Just for your information, recipes made with Grill Master Dipping/Grilling Sauces were made with your interests in mind.  There are numerous health benefits
associated with peppers and spices.  Peppers are high on the list of positive attributes. They're low in calories and are loaded with good nutrition. All varieties
of peppers are excellent sources of vitamins A and C and E along with B6, k, manganese, potassium, folic acid, and fiber. Plus, the spicy ones liven up bland food,
making meals all the more satisfying.
All of our Dipping/Grilling Sauces are made using red pepper flakes and the list of benefits from the red peppers goes on and on.   Scientists believe that they
may boost your metabolism. The capsaicin found in these peppers has metabolism-boosting properties. ... It can help reduce hunger as well as aiding in lowering
blood pressure.  Dietary spices and their active components may provide many benefits for your stomach. For example, red pepper may help boost the stomach's
defense against infections, increase digestive fluid production and help deliver enzymes to the stomach, aiding digestion. Scientist are studying the release of
capsaicin to the brain from these peppers.  Capsaicin, the active ingredient in red peppers has potent pain-relieving properties when applied to the skin in a cream.
This is because capsaicin helps reduce the amount of substance P, a neuropeptide produced by the body that travels to the brain to signal pain.   Autoimmune diseases
are conditions in which your body attacks itself.  Psoriasis is an example of an autoimmune disease that appears as patches of red, itchy and scaly skin.  Currently,
there is no cure for psoriasis. However, capsaicin creams can help relieve itching and improve the appearance of psoriasis-affected areas.   Cancer is a disease
characterized by uncontrollable cell growth.  The capsaicin in red peppers shows promise in reducing the risk of cancer. It may do this by attacking many different
pathways in the cancer cell growth process. In fact, studies have shown that capsaicin can slow the growth of cancer cells and even cause cell death for many
different types of cancer, including prostate, pancreatic and skin cancer.
Scientists give these words of advice.  "Red peppers are easy to incorporate into your diet. Try adding a pinch of it to some of your favorite meals." And that's just
what we have done with these recipes for you.
